Student Systems Analyst/Coordinator
STUDENT SERVICES DIVISION
The Student Systems Team within the Student Services Division is responsible for the development, support and maintenance of the Student Management Package (SMP) and associated Future Students Systems.
The Student Systems Analyst/Coordinator will be responsible for: scoping requirements; writing detailed business requirements; managing problem resolution and key maintenance tasks; liaising with system developers; writing and executing detailed systems test plans; documenting system changes; providing user support and training and ensuring successful implementation of change. This position may supervise up to 2 systems officers.
To be successful in the role you will have excellent problem solving and analytical skills, a strong customer focus and the drive to deliver sound technical solutions that meet the needs of the organisation and its clients. Experience in managing change within business systems is essential. You will need to demonstrate that you can work independently without close supervision and manage your personal workload and schedule. This is a full time permanent position.
