The Macquarie University Office of Advancement oversees the University's fundraising and alumni engagement efforts. The Office of Advancement is entering an exciting growth phase, which will build the University's advancement capacity and position the University to embark on a multi-year comprehensive fundraising campaign.
In this newly created role, the successful candidate will coordinate projects and initiatives funded by donors of the University. Using your exceptional project management skills to make a difference in research, teaching and the lives of our students. This diverse role will see you work with stakeholders from across the University and our donors to implement gifts, prizes and scholarships.
This fast-paced role needs a candidate with excellent relationship management skills, an eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

- Demonstrated skills and experience coordinating multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated understanding of financial processes and principles and previous experience monitoring expenditure against a budget
- Demonstrated understanding of contractual agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and continuously improve processes

Salary Package: From $80,231 to $88,561 p.a. (HEW Level 6), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading
