Grade 5,   £21,585 - £25,728 per annum 

The post holder will provide in-depth technical expertise in molecular biology techniques and provide advice on the set up and best operation of equipment and procedures to aid delivery objectives.

In addition, you will undertake a range of technical support activities in line with the Institute/School Research/Teaching Strategy.  The post holder will be responsible for supporting the research activities of the Biankin Research Laboratory within the Wolfson Wohl Cancer Research Centre at the University of Glasgow. The main responsibilities include oversight of our bank of biospecimens, and routinely performing basic molecular biology techniques such as DNA extractions and QC.

This position is full time (35 hours per week) and has funding until January 2020.
