Salary: £39,081 to £51,253 p.a. inclusive of London Weighting Allowance
We are seeking a Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management to work with us on the continuing development of our research and teaching portfolios. We are looking for applicants with expertise to teach Human Resource Management at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and with research and teaching interests complementary to those of staff in the Business School.
We are particularly seeking applicants with experience of teaching International HRM. The teaching component of the role will involve teaching on campus and contributing to the quality assurance of partnership programmes.
The Roehampton Business School has a growing reputation for its research-informed teaching. We are seeking applications from highly motivated candidates who will carry out high quality research and/or be actively engaged in professional practice, and develop and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate modules for the Business School’s expanding portfolio.
