SUMMARY OF ROLE:

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of compliance and academic provision across the Language Gallery. With centers in the UK, Canada and Germany the job will involve regular travel. Working German is beneficial and the candidate must have a DELTA with an additional MA in linguistics preferred. The post will involve monitoring of operational, commercial and academic standards across group, monitoring of current industry and competitor best practice, the regular review of internal systems, compliance to legislation and or accreditation criteria, and the driving of continuous improvement. A key element of this role will be reporting in detail to both internal and external stakeholders, and a high standard of professional written English is essential.

The successful applicant will report directly to the Managing Director and work alongside the Academic Director.
