About the job

As the Executive Assistant – Business Development, you will be required to provide a wide range of professional, confidential support services to two Associate Directors, International Business Development.

This exciting position will be responsible for all administrative service provisions including but not limited to; diary management, travel coordination, management of events and finance reconciliation. Bringing your stakeholder skills to the table, you will also play a crucial role in the effective relationship management between Swinburne International and the wider University and institutional partnerships. 

Skills and Experience 

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • A degree or diploma with subsequent relevant experience or extensive experience and broad knowledge in senior administrative fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently provide excellent customer service.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring tasks are resolved and completed to a high standard.
  • Demonstrated high level of communication and interpersonal skills – ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
  • Sound Microsoft Office Suite skills.
