About the job
As our International Relations Officer, you will be required within the Global Insights & Relationships team to provide operational and administrative support to Swinburne International Relations activities.
Your daily tasks will include supporting the administration, development and implementation of Swinburne’s international agreements and procedures. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will also coordinate itineraries and programs of international visitors to the university.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
- A degree or diploma with subsequent relevant experience or extensive experience and broad knowledge in senior administrative fields.
- Demonstrated ability to independently provide excellent customer service.
- High attention to detail, ensuring tasks are resolved and completed to a high standard.
- Demonstrated high level of communication and interpersonal skills – ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
- Sound Microsoft Office Suite skills.
