About the job

As our Offshore Internship and WIL Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing and coordinating international placements for Swinburne students and providing specialist advice across international professional placements. You will work closely with many internal and external stakeholders and play a significant role in providing efficient, timely and accurate processes to meet the operational, quality and compliance requirements of international placements. 

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Completion of a degree or; an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of high-level quality administrative and support services within a demanding, client focused environment
  • Ability to provide high-quality coordination of industry placements with specialist knowledge of placement processes and issues
  • Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
