Chief Operating Officer

The University of Westminster is looking to appoint an outstanding candidate to the post of Chief Operating Officer, reporting into the Vice-Chancellor and President. The new Chief Operating Officer will support the Vice-Chancellor and President in providing inspirational leadership, championing the vision, whilst driving the strategic direction and management of the University. The successful appointee will ensure that a range of specialist functions, within the University’s portfolio of corporate support activities are all aligned to enable long term and short term advancement. They will have thorough expertise in operational change management and achieving financial balance. Candidates will also need to demonstrate a compelling track record in driving cultural change, whilst helping to foster a collaborative, supportive and ambitious working environment.
