Individual with significant Project Finance experience to co-teach a course in the Graduate Banking and Financial Law Program at the School of Law. The course is a two-credit residential course that involves drafting and negotiation of Project Finance documents. The course is a residential course to be offered once a week for 13 weeks in the spring semester from January through May. The candidate will be required to appear for all class sessions and to assist with reviewing and commenting upon several document drafts during the semester. The course is co-taught by an adjunct professor with significant project finance experience who has a prepared syllabus and several years’ experience with the course.
Candidate should have a law degree and have ten years’ experience as a lawyer and/or business officer in the structuring of project finance documents and transactions. International project finance experience will be a significant advantage.
