UWE Bristol operates a competitive Professorial Performance and Reward Scheme with a salary range of £60,173 - £86,889. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications

UWE Bristol Law School, is seeking to appoint a Professor in any legal specialism., where you will be a research leader, excellent teacher and have a strong track record of outstanding scholarship, income generation and knowledge exchange activity. 

Professors are defined by their distinction, standing and leadership in their subject, discipline and/or practice. 

They will make a significant contribution towards the maintenance and enhancement of the University’s reputation for research, knowledge exchange, teaching and scholarship through their contribution to the collective endeavors and through their own research, external engagement and teaching. 

You will possess an understanding of how this role can help to enhance the University’s widening participation, equal opportunities and social inclusion agendas, and will be committed to translating this understanding in to action. 

You will have respect for the purposes of the University and a belief in, and commitment to, the contribution that higher education can make in society.
