Salary: $63,707 - $67,613 p.a. plus 9.5% superannuation
For over 10 years the Wilin Centre for Indigenous Arts and Cultural Development has connected Indigenous visual, design and performing artists with a pathway to their future in the arts. We are seeking a committed Student Recruitment and Enrichment Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team.
The primary focus of this position is to work with the Wilin Centre, Academic Support and Research teams to assist in the recruitment of Indigenous applicants and to support the initiatives designed to ensure Indigenous students succeed in their program of study.
The successful applicant must have Indigeneity and a demonstrated connection to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities. A client focus with the demonstrated ability to be adaptive and accepting of new ideas, and a willingness to approach new challenges and adjust plans to meet new priorities is also required.
This is a full time, fixed term position until August 2018. The role is primarily located at the Southbank Campus, though frequent travel for recruitment activities is expected.
