Academic Program Manager
The Program Manager manages all day-to-day activity of Metropolitan Colleges Actuarial Science Department. The main areas of responsibility include: the management of all aspects of graduate student activity, admissions through graduation; primary contact and resource for all full and part-time faculty; development and editing of marketing materials, website information, MET Bulletin, and course schedules; oversight of department and graduate assistantship budgets; recruitment, training, and supervision of student employees; Data Analysis and Database Management; and serving as a Liaison for all external departments at BU, outside vendors, service providers, and corporate partners.
B.A./B.S. requires. M.A preferred, three to five years related work experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced office. Strong networking and interpersonal skills including the capacity to relate to students, faculty, alumni and community members.
