The University is seeking five Faculty Directors of Operations to join us at an important stage in the development of the institution. As a Faculty Director, you will work alongside the Vice-President and Head of Faculty to ensure the successful performance of your Faculty in all aspects, whilst also leading the Faculty professional staff. These are significant leadership roles and provide an excellent opportunity to positively impact on the performance of the organisation in many ways.

You will be an experienced leader, have a very good honours degree or professional qualification in a related discipline, with a consistent record of leading a large and varied portfolio. The ability to shape and influence strategy, contribute across the full range of Faculty operations, run highly effective and efficient professional support services and drive an agenda of continual performance enhancement are critical. Also important is the ability to operate with confidence and agility in a complex organisation and lead large scale change.

The role of Faculty Director of Operations has been shown to be an excellent development opportunity for the previous post-holders and as a result the vacancies we now advertise have been created by their progression to other key leadership roles in the organisation and externally.
