Starting Salary: £27,459 per annum (based on the full-time salary of £36,613 per annum) 

Hours: 27 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (0.75 FTE) 

Term: Permanent

The Careers Service provides careers education, information, advice and guidance, including applications and interview support. By engaging individuals in career management activities, we help to equip them with the skills and insights they need to discover career options and make the right choices for the future. 

We are looking for a Graduate Outcomes Lead to join our team in order to ensure the best graduate outcomes for our alumni. This is a new role within the Careers Service and has been created in order to support the new Graduate Outcomes Survey (due to replace the Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education Survey). 

Successful applicants will be educated to degree level or higher, have a track record of excellent database management skills and have a high standard of written and spoken English. The key competencies required to do the job are in communication and marketing, administration, collaboration and teamwork, strategy and innovation, and leadership. This is a target driven work environment and so target achievement experience is essential.
