Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in Biomedical Engineering/Chemical Biology in the Dr. Li Dak-Sum Research Centre, The University of Hong Kong - Karolinska Institutet Collaborations in Regenerative Medicine, to commence as soon as possible for two to three years

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering/Chemical Biology or in a related discipline with an excellent track record with strong expertise and experimental background in one of the areas/techniques including gene delivery, ageing, peptide biology, autophagy, CRISPR/Cas9, and anticancer animal studies.  They must be highly motivated, creative, energetic and have an interest in applying novel technologies for biomedical applications.  The appointee will work on a research group (http://www.wanglab.org) under the supervision of Dr. Weiping Wang.  He/She will focus on molecular engineering for understanding biological events or solving medical problems.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
