Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow (holding the title of Research Manager) in the Centre for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning (CETL), to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in the relevant disciplines with experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods including text coding, survey design, data interpretation and analyses etc. The team is seeking a creative and excellent team leader who will contribute to a fun and highly interactive work environment. He/She should possess strong research, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; and the ability to work independently and responsibly, as a leader and as part of a team.  Excellent command of written English is a must. Interest in higher education and educational pedagogy is a distinct advantage.

The appointee will be responsible for implementing and the coordination of several projects relating to generic skills development, assessment and feedback, and direct evidence of student learning.  He/She will assist in duties such as proofreading, report and journal writing, literature review, survey administration, and interviewing.
