The Role and Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant is primarily responsible for providing confidential, executive and overall administrative support to the Executive Dean. This position is also required to work collaboratively with the School Professional Staff team and the SEH College Office Executive Support team.

Skills & Experience Required

You will have extensive experience in providing proactive, high-level support to a senior executive or equivalent in a large and complex organisation and covering: office and correspondence management, bring forward action management, document development, and high-level liaison. Your high level of professional standards along with a demonstrated initiative in researching and progressing issues, scoping, planning and managing limited scale projects, and achieving objectives within broad guidelines will be essential to your success in the role.
