About You

About the Role

A key position within our busy Finance Office, you will have University wide responsibility to contribute to the management and development of the Income team, along with operational delivery, marketing and pro-active development of the Online Store whilst also providing vital front of office support. Responsible for providing an innovative, pro-active, business focused, high quality customer service which is aligned to the strategic aims of the University, you will combine your technical and problem solving expertise with a commitment to excellent customer service.

You will assist the Income Manager with the processing of over 20,000 invoices ensuring that payments are taken, either by cash or card, accurately and customer queries are answered in a timely manner. In addition you will liaise and collaborate with departments and students University wide.
