Staffordshire University are looking to appoint an experienced Personal Assistant for the Director of Employer Partnerships and the Senior Management. The successful applicant will have excellent organisational skills and be responsible for the provision of comprehensive, professional and confidential PA support. Key activities will include providing secretarial support for meetings, diary management, drafting correspondence, liaising with key stakeholders and the development and maintenance of key administrative systems.

You should have proven experience of providing Personal Assistant support and diary management at a senior level with the ability to organise complex travel and meeting schedules. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to develop effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders. Attention to detail and experience of information/data management are also essential. You’ll know what it’s like to work in a busy office environment where your proactive initiative will enable you to support the team to provide exceptional service. The successful applicant will have a high level of computer literacy and have the ability to apply digital solutions to working practices.
