Salary:  £39,081 to £51,523 per annum including London weighting 
 
The School of Education has a long-established international reputation for high-quality teaching and research, and it is positioned as one of the principal providers of Initial Teacher Education (ITE) nationally.  Our mission is to develop and apply world-class research, practitioner skills and knowledge to improve outcomes and achievements for all children and young people, both at home and abroad.   
 
Applications are invited for a full-time, without term Lectureship/Senior Lectureship in Education Studies and / or Education Leadership and Management. We are looking for applicants with research and teaching interests to complement and enhance the provision on our BA Education Studies, MA Education Leadership and Management and related programmes, in areas such as leading teaching and learning, strategic leadership in education, and diverse education systems and contexts. Roehampton has a well-established and international reputation for its work in these areas. We are seeking applications from candidates holding a doctorate in a relevant field with an excellent knowledge of the literature and practice of the area and who will carry out high quality research in the area. An enthusiasm for innovative approaches to teaching and learning and developing Educational provision with international partners is important.
