The School of Psychology is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified individual as a full-time Senior Lecturer or Associate Professor in the area of Behaviour Analysis. This position will contribute to our undergraduate teaching and our graduate training programme in Applied Behaviour Analysis.

The School of Psychology has an established reputation as a leader in teaching and research in areas of applied psychology. The School offers a broad undergraduate education in psychology, with a range of specialised programs at graduate level, including programmes which lead to registration as a psychologist.

Applications are invited from individuals with expertise in Experimental and Applied BehaviourAnalysis.Responsibilities of the successful applicant will include establishing and maintaining a productive research programme, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate papers related to behaviour analysis, supervising postgraduate student research, and contributing to the administration of the behaviour analysis degree programme.

Requirements include a research-based PhD in psychology, experience in undergraduate teaching and graduate supervision, and a strong record of research publications.

Current salary range for Senior Lecturers is NZ$90,000 to $118,500 per year and for Associate Professors NZ$120,000 to $132,500 per year, dependent on qualifications and experience.
