The Nottingham Advantage Award is the University employability award that provides support and accreditation to students who participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities. The Award is a large-scale programme and at the UK campus almost 4000 students will be participating at any one time. The Award is also offered at our campuses in China and Malaysia.

The post-holder will provide administrative support to the team for a number of key areas, including maintaining a series of databases, student module records and module administration including processing registers and marks, all of which demands excellent organisation, self-management and attention to detail.

The post-holder will also be expected to provide administrative support to the organisation of a range of events throughout the year, including skills workshops, celebration events, prize nomination processes and a range of one-off staff and student events. It is expected that the post-holder will have a key role in supporting the recruitment of students to modules, through attendance at a range of campus events throughout the year, and also through maintaining and developing the online presence through the website and social media. It is essential therefore that the post-holder has effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
