We require an experienced Site Security Manager to join the Security Team at the University of Nottingham. Working across all University sites you will be responsible for the supervision of all Security staff within the area and will liaise with Service Managers and Senior Building Attendants to ensure a safe, clean environment is provided for customers at all times. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the training and performance of designated Security Teams ensuring relevant training is kept up to date implementing plans for improvement where required. You will prepare and submit accurate reports to Senior Security Management relating to incidents on property under the control of the University and will prepare and issue operational orders to the team for large events. You will also be required to maintain accurate records including duty sheets, leave rosters and overtime sheets and will provide specialist advice to business partners, supporting University Managers working within your designated areas of responsibility.
