The Senior Coordinator, Industry Projects is responsible for the effective management of all external training and education program administration contained within the WTIF project.
The role will include the alignment of timetables / schedules to the delivery and enrollment plan, results, competency confirmation and overall VTG funding compliance.
The role will interact with industry stakeholders to provide and develop high level reports on student progress but also on work rate and delivery hours. The Government are big stakeholders and will require regular feedback and updates on student progression and project deliverables.
Skills & Experience Required
You will have demonstrated substantial experience in using large volumes of complex data and reports to inform business decisions, with the experience and expertise in managing performance data across a diverse range of programs, including proven ability to undertake comprehensive data analysis. Your ability to project manage and negotiate business improvements with senior leaders will be the key to your success in the role.
