The Workforce Diversity Officer is responsible for providing support to the University’s diversity and inclusion strategy, including initiatives that support UOW as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality and a participant in the Science in Australian Gender Equity (SAGE) Pilot, which focusses on enhancing the careers of female academics in the STEMM disciplines.
In this role you’ll undertake research on diversity and inclusion best practice, as well as analysing organisational data and developing recommendations for initiatives that will positively impact our workforce. Working as part of a team, and independently, you’ll possess strong project management, research, analytical and problem solving skills.
