Massey Business School is one of the largest business schools in New Zealand, with over 11,000 students and around 300 academic and professional staff. We are also ranked by QS in the top 100 universities in the world for Accounting and Finance and top 200 for Management and Business Studies. The School of Management, which is housed in the Massey Business School, invites applications from academic scholars who are researching in one or more of the areas of management: Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Business Strategy; and Management. These full-time permanent positions are based at the University’s Auckland campus, in Albany. Having presence across three campuses; Auckland, Manawatu and Wellington, you will be expected to deliver cross-campus teaching across all levels and supervise research students.

To be successful in appointment, you will have a PhD or equivalent in a relevant field, demonstrated teaching and research expertise in one or more of the above areas and a track record of research outputs. You will also have experience and/or commitment to engaging with the business community to create research and learning opportunities. A proven ability to secure external research funds and/or engage effectively with business audiences would be an advantage. As a successful Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Business Strategy applicant, you will also have an understanding of regional development processes and foundations.
