Royal Holloway, University of London, is ranked in the top 30 of all UK universities.  Through world-class research that expands minds and changes lives, the dedication of our teachers and the unique Royal Holloway experience, ours is a community that inspires individuals to succeed academically, socially and personally.

The university was founded by two social reformers who pioneered the ideal of education and knowledge for all who could benefit. Their vision lives on today. As one of the UK’s leading research intensive universities we are home to some of the world’s foremost authorities in the sciences, arts, business, economics and law. We are strengthened by diversity, and welcome students and academics who travel from all over the world to study and work here, ensuring an international and multi-cultural perspective within a close-knit and historic campus.

Our strategic plan is clear in our goal to sustainably grow our student number while protecting all that is special about the Royal Holloway experience. Working directly to and closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications, our Director of Student Recruitment is a mainstay position within the College providing leadership and direction to Student Recruitment, Admissions and Applicant Services.

This is a role of significant strategic importance that requires a leader with a deep understanding of student recruitment.  Following the recent creation of the Marketing and Communications Directorate, it is essential that you encourage and exemplify a collegiate spirit across the department.  Benign to hierarchy you will work with and across the College, promoting our community in developing and delivering student recruitment strategies that optimise the university’s ability to meet its student number targets. In addition, you will provide a very special student experience in a unique campus environment.
