About the Role
UniSA is seeking a professional and motivated Executive Officer to support the Pro Vice Chancellor: Aboriginal Leadership and Strategy.
The Office of the Pro Vice Chancellor: Aboriginal Leadership and Strategy leads the development of a whole of institution approach to the recruitment, support, retention and success of Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in the University. In doing so the University can enhance the supports provided for our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and staff, and strengthen our position as the university of choice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples in South Australia and beyond.
As the Executive Officer to the Pro Vice Chancellor you will be accountable for providing high quality information, analysis and strategic support relating to all aspects of the Office’s portfolio, to assist the Pro Vice Chancellor in meeting the University’s mission and goals.

Skills and Experience
Proven analytical, research and writing skills are vital to your success in this role, as is the ability to provide strategic, insightful and innovative advice to senior leaders. You will also be a skilled negotiator with a mature outlook and be able to build and sustain stakeholder networks. Understanding of the Australian higher education sector would be an advantage.
