The college is seeking an experienced and capable Chief Operating Officer/Bursar with excellent people management and leadership skills to oversee day to day operations and work with the Leadership Team to implement the college’s strategic plan.

The role requires an individual with proven and demonstrable financial management skills, a detailed grasp of the increasingly complex regulatory environment, an entrepreneurial attitude to business opportunities and an ability to manage to completion new and existing projects and initiatives.

The postholder will be responsible for managing external relations with the validating university, government and regulatory bodies including QAA, as well as national church and para-church networks. As a Higher Education Institution, management experience within higher education would be an advantage. Oak Hill College is an Enhanced Validated Partner of Middlesex University.

We are seeking someone with at least 3 years’ experience either at Bursar, Chief Operating Officer or equivalent level and familiar with operating at Board level.

There is an Occupational Requirement that the post holder is a Christian who will be in agreement with, hold to and live out the theological position, aims and objectives of the college, as you help to develop the strategic thinking, processes and practice that will direct the future course of the College.
