The Belfast School of Art
The Belfast School of Art is a large, interdisciplinary, practice-based environment with an outstanding research record. The School makes a significant contribution to the field of contemporary art and design both nationally and internationally. Ulster University’s research was ranked in the top 5 in the UK for world-leading research in art and design in the most recent Research Excellent Framework.
The University wishes to make the following appointments at lecturer level:
Lecturer in Photography (50% of full time)
(Fixed-term post available until 14 September ’18)
The University wishes to appoint pioneering, fresh-thinking and inspiring individuals with spirit and a passion for their work, who are able to contribute to lectures, studio based teaching and research.
The postholder will provide teaching and academic support for students on BA, MFA and CPD programmes, ensuring an outstanding student experience in preparation for professional life.
The salary scale for a lecturer position is £34,540- £49,177.
The post is based on the Belfast campus.
The post is available at an early date mutually convenient to the University and the successful applicant.
