As a member of the Library Executive Team, the Associate Director, Learning and Engagement contributes their strategic leadership, vision and energy to ensure sustained, high performance of the portfolio and that of the Library.

You are committed to working collaboratively to succeed. You have a proven track record for agile, future-focused strategy development attuned to the complex and changing academic landscape and opportunities enabled in the digital age. As an experienced and skilled advocate and negotiator, you will develop and foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to achieve the education and research ambitions of the University. A deep knowledge of learning, teaching and research functions in an academic environment is required as is an understanding of trends related to a rapidly evolving information and research environment.
