Help develop, implement, and maintain marketing for the program, design projects, and social media. Manage UROP website, online application system, provide technical support to students, and manage central UROP database. Help with special projects, including grant applications, data collection, and form revisions. Hire, train, and supervise work-study students and process payments for UROP students. Regularly interact with faculty, students, and staff on matters related to UROP funding and applications. Work with Assistant Director to promote UROP across the university. Assist with UROP summer programming. Position may include public speaking.
Bachelor's degree required. Strong computer skills, proficiency with website design and maintenance, database management, MS Office and Adobe Suites, and web-hosted application systems. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate verbally and in writing to a professional audience. Three to five years experience preferred.
