Established in 2003, with over 7000 students and based in the capital of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi University (ADU) is a rapidly growing private, multi-campus university dedicated to meeting the educational needs in the UAE and neighboring countries.

International rankings demonstrate that we are an internationally competitive institution committed to academic excellence. We offer graduate and undergraduate programs that are academically challenging and career-oriented. ADU has an American style curriculum. With WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges) accreditation, other international program accreditations (e.g. ABET, AACSB, EQUIS), and recognition in international university rankings, we are now poised for expansion and growth in locations and programs.

Reflecting its commitment to student success and excellence in teaching and learning, Abu Dhabi University is seeking to appoint to a key new leadership role. Reporting to the Provost, the Associate Provost, Student Success will work closely with other senior leaders across the University, including the College Deans, to ensure that ADU is among the very best in the region for student success, including retention, achievement and employability and that the University is recognized for excellence in teaching, learning and student engagement.
