Dean’s Profile: 

We are looking for a professional in Mechanical Engineering with a PhD degree, teaching and research experience and management skills. The Dean will be the manager of  the human capital and the physical, technological and economic resources of the School in order to project it with high quality standards that allow National and International Accreditation.


  • Professional in Mechanical Engineering with Ph.D.
  • Experience in University teaching, research, outreach and administrative management of higher education academic programs.
  • English proficiency.
  • The job is located in Bogotá, Colombia.  Given that the School has programs at national level, the Dean must have availability to travel to different cities in Colombia.
  • We are looking for people with leadership, people development, innovation and negotiation skills.
