Wintec KSA is a New Zealand company that operates a cluster of male and female COE colleges in the Tabuk region.

We have created several new roles, including Head of Quality, Head of Foundation Studies and Head of Vocational Studies. Reporting to the Chief Executive, these three positions provide functional leadership across the three colleges, and in the case of the Head of Quality, across the whole company.

The Head of Quality is responsible for ensuring quality systems are in place, and that these are understood and followed by management and teaching and admin staff. The role assumes responsibility for the annual Institutional Review process, as well as teaching quality and development, and the identification, reporting and management of any risk and quality issues. While general and academic institutional policies exist, the Head of Quality will ensure that these are reviewed and followed.

A key part of this role is building positive and productive relationships with the academic and administrative managers, the male and female teaching teams and working very closely with the Head of Foundation Studies and Head of Vocational Studies to ensure that we improve student outcomes and college success.

We are interested in hearing from people with:

  • extensive experience in quality and risk management roles within an educational environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in education (or similar)
  • internal quality assurance training
  • IELTS 6.5 or native English speaker
  • preferably Middle East experience.

You will have demonstrated experience of creating a quality culture and engaging a wide range of roles and cultures. You will need to be persuasive, resilient, a team player and be able to set a clear direction to achieve clear outcomes.

It won’t always be easy, but here is a chance to be part of the next step in the development of this cluster of colleges.
