Job Description

Responsible for providing administrative support to the Manager of Graduate Financial Aid. Maintain an understanding of basic level financial aid and student accounts processes. Communicate complex information simply both verbally and in writing to staff and students. Respond to phone calls and emails with a strong customer service focus. Maintain a high level of discretion while handing confidential and sensitive information. Other duties include: back up support for the front desk/reception area and ad-hoc tasks including but not limited to; long and short-term project management. In addition, will provide support to the administration of all graduate programs as needed.

Required Skills

Two years of college or equivalent, Bachelors degree preferred. Excellent analytical, communication and customer service skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to comfortably work on multiple digital platforms are essential. One to three years of experience, preferably in higher education. MUST INCLUDE COVER LETTER IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
