Assistant Director in Enrollment, Undergraduate Admissions
The Assistant Director for Admissions Marketing and Communications primary responsibility is to manage the internal approval process of over 1,000 letters and emails designed to attract, influence and inform target audiences regarding the benefits and value of an undergraduate education at Boston University.
The Assistant Director drafts, edits and proofreads all letters and emails, sets up communication streams and templates in TargetX CRM, and selects criteria for audience data.
The Assistant Director works closely with staff from the 10 undergraduate schools and colleges at BU to develop targeted communications about their programs, and assists the Senior Assistant Director of Admissions Marketing and Communications and the Digital and Social Media Marketing Manager in creating and proofreading content for publications, social media, emails, and the admissions website. The Assistant Director also supervises one work study student.
Bachelor's degree and one to three years of experience; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; experience with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and Word Press.
