About the position
The Office of Future Students (OFS) is the first point of contact for the University as it houses the central switchboard and is the enquiry centre for Future Students at Bond University.
The Future Student Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales support and qualification of potential student enquiries. The position assists in driving the recruitment outcomes for the University as well assisting in achieving annual enrollment targets. The position plays a crucial role in the promotion of Bond University to students and requires a professional, premium brand approach in sales techniques and customer service.
About the person:
The successful candidate will be degree qualified in a relevant discipline and be a committed, enthusiastic team player who is highly motivated and results driven. Proven recruitment and professional sales experience is essential, preferably within a premium brand environment. The candidate will also have the ability to clearly articulate the value proposition of Bond and apply professional sales techniques. You will possess excellent communication skills, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
Effective self-management skills including the ability to prioritise, problem solve and meet deadlines is necessary. Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated skills in the use of a wide range of computer applications including the Microsoft Office Suite of Programs and CRM’s will be beneficial.

The salary for this position will commence at $63, 564 per annum plus 9.5% superannuation.
