Reporting to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education), the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education) will drive the current Education Futures Vision to deliver a transformative education which: is integrated with, and informed by, research; provides students with a variety of learning experiences which connect them to local and global communities; and contributes to an outstanding student experience.
With a demonstrated record of leadership and management in education, candidates will have the ability and energy to drive whole-of-institution student-centred teaching and learning strategies. A strong commitment to student welfare and learning outcomes and a thorough understanding of the issues across contemporary education are essential, as are excellent interpersonal skills.
