The Centre for Advanced Instrumentation (CfAI) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage astronomical and space-based instrumentation projects. The position provides the opportunity to manage projects through the full project life cycle from conceptual development to commissioning. Additional opportunities such as proposal work are available for the right candidate. The vacancy has arisen due to the expansion of CfAI’s research and development activities following a number of substantial funding awards. The successful candidate will be part of a leading advanced instrumentation group, with a strong track record in delivering instrumentation to well-known national and international organisations and companies (ESO, ESA, Airbus).
