UNSW Rural Clinical School  has major teaching campuses across NSW in Albury, Coffs Harbour, Griffith, Port Macquarie, and Wagga Wagga. UNSW Rural Clinical School is seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant who will provide reception and administrative support that contributes to the efficient and effective delivery of the UNSW Medicine program at the Sydney campus.

About the role

  • Based at Sydney Kensington Campus
  • Full time position (35 hours per week)
  • Salary: $64K –A$68K per year
  • Fixed term role until 30th September 2018 (Maternity Leave position)

The position holder will provide a high level of administrative support that involves liaison with campus academic and professional staff, students and visitors. To ensure proficiency, the position holder will have a demonstrated ability and willingness to cross-training within the confines of the team and work unit. The successful applicant must have the ability to problem solve, multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
