The College of Business comprises 6 Schools delivering a broad range of programs in Business, at Traineeship, Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor, Masters and PhD levels. The Academic Development Group (ADG) leads and supports academic and teaching staff in developing and improving teaching and learning capability and outcomes in the College of Business.

The Role and your responsibilities

The Team Leader, Production is responsible for managing workflows and build cycles of educational digital media resources. The position will be given broad direction and is required to achieve significant results in the use of technologies for the implementation of learning and teaching strategies and projects to drive student engagement and learning outcomes in face to face, blended and online learning modes of delivery within the College of Business.

Skills & Experience Required

Your demonstrated ability to lead a creative and technical team, manage production workflows, inputs and outputs and significant knowledge of the full range of digital media solutions available for the production of engaging and effective education and training materials will be essential to your success in this role. Furthermore, demonstrated technical skills in the production of digital media such as animation and video/film using appropriate applications and technologies will be critical. Experience gained within the Higher Education sector will be highly regarded.
