You will play a key leadership role within the University community in developing strategies and actions which further promote a learning and working environment which reflects and values diversity and offers equality of opportunity and freedom from discrimination and harassment.
As the successful candidate, you will have demonstrated ability to manage and achieve E&EO best practice objectives, projects and change strategies in a large organisation together with proven experience in high level, strategic policy development, implementation, review and advice. Well-developed leadership and management skills including the capacity to act strategically, achieve results and cultivate collaborative working relationships with stakeholders are key to your success in this role.
Salary $118,001 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
