Job description 

We are currently seeking to recruit an Employer Opportunities Coordinator to lead and coordinate effective and efficient employer related services in order to create opportunities that will improve the graduate outcomes of the University's students and Graduates.

You will lead on developing relationships with employers, businesses and community groups to create a wide range of real world student learning activities and graduate recruitment opportunities. You will also manage the University's online Careers & Jobs board, the mentoring scheme and organise a programme of events tailored to the needs of Chichester's students, recent graduates and academic departments. 

You will have a degree or relevant level qualification or experience and knowledge of student and graduate labour market (including SMEs). In addition you will demonstrate a good understanding of knowledge of business and their recruitment requirements and experience of delivering high quality customer service. Excellent Interpersonal and a proactive approach to problem solving are key requirements for the role.
