About the position

Bond University has a variety of food and beverage outlets on campus. The role of the Food & Beverage Host is to carry out all aspects of beverage service, area cleanliness and customer service in your designated area as directed by the Manager and/or Supervisor.

The Host will be an integral player in ensuring guest satisfaction remains a top priority by working as part of a cohesive team or individually as required to deliver high levels of customer service.

It is also imperative that this person works within all guidelines, policies and procedures at Bond University in regard to State and Federal legislation for Responsible Service of Alcohol, WHS, health and hygiene and company policies. 

About the person:

To be considered for this appointment you must possess a minimum of 12 months experience in a hospitality environment.

You will be well presented with excellent communication and customer service skills and the demonstrated ability to be able to solve problems without compromising on service delivery.

You must hold a current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate and have the ability to work effectively in a team as well as individually. Previous bar operation experience is desirable.
