Associate Director of Residence Life for Student and Staff Development
Oversee the residential education functions of Residence Life, including staff recruitment and selection, staff training and development, the Faculty-in-Residence Program, the Residence Hall Associations, Scarlet Squad, and staff involvement in the professional associations in student affairs. Promote learning, student success, and student leadership development in a large and culturally- diverse residential community by collaborating with a range of University departments. Supervise matters related to human resources at the senior resident assistant and resident assistant levels. Ensure the Residential Education area provides excellent service and resource materials to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members. Represent the department at University functions and programs. This live-in position routinely requires evening and weekend commitments.
Bachelors degree required, Master's preferred, and three to five years of experience.
