Administrative Coordinator in College of Arts & Sciences
Serve as the first point of contact for the College of Arts and Sciences Dean's Office. Answer all phone calls and greet visitors, and direct both to the appropriate staff member as necessary. Provide support for several senior members of the administration including calendar management, travel arrangements, and event coordination. Maintain office supplies inventory. Supervise student employees.
Associate's degree or two years of college required, Bachelor's degree preferred. One to three years of administrative experience required, including schedule maintenance.
