Job Description

Oversee the administrative functions of Residence Life and provides support, guidance, and direction to the staff regarding housing operations, facilities management, and hall/area residence office management. Address student and community issues by collaborating with a range of University departments. Identify, intervene in, and/or provide support during emergencies and other matters, particularly those that relate to student residences. Ensure the departments offices provide excellent service to students, parents, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members. Assist in the development, implementation, clarification, and evaluation of departmental and inter-departmental standard operating procedures, including emergency protocols. Represent the department at University functions and programs. This live-in position routinely requires evening and weekend commitments.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred, and three to five years of experience.
