Head of Registry Services 

Starting Salary: £46,336 per annum 

Hours: Full Time

Annual Leave: 30 days per annum plus University closure days 

Term: Initially 3 - 6 month fixed term with the potential to become permanent

The Registry team is responsible for the quality assurance of academic provision and for all aspects of student administration, from admission through to graduation. We provide a wide range of administrative services for students and staff. 

We are looking for a Head of Registry Services to join our team to provide effective and strong leadership and management of all staff in the Registry Services team and ensure the efficient organisation and delivery of the student administration processes. This role will also be responsible for the identification and implementation of business process improvements relating to Registry Services and to maximise efficiencies to enhance the student experience. 

Successful applicants will have experience of providing effective leadership and managing a team in a similar HE environment. The role has lead administrative responsibility for processes relating to Student Records, Scholarships and Student Funding, Timetabling, Assessments and Ceremonies.
